Education

Teaching that respects complexity—and prioritizes use

Education has always been central to my work. I teach across disciplines and professional settings, with a focus on helping people think more clearly about care, communication, and clinical decision-making. My approach to education is shaped by years of clinical practice, interdisciplinary training, and experience teaching highly skilled professionals.

I don’t teach from a place of abstraction or ideology. I teach with attention to context, scope, and what people can realistically integrate into their work.

How I Teach

Across all settings, my goal is the same: to create learning environments that feel rigorous, humane, and usable.

I respect the intelligence of my audience. I don’t assume ignorance, and I don’t oversimplify. I focus on helping people see more clearly, ask better questions, and decide how new ideas fit into their own work.
